This is the privacy policy for SVS Event Concierge, a company that provides a reliable, professional and knowledgeable lifestyle service specializing in leisure and luxury travel to Dublin and special occasions and celebrations within the following fields of expertise:

We provide a range of planning and sourcing services and packages to enable you to plan your trip or occasion your way.

The information we collect

We adhere to the principle of collecting only the minimum amount of personal data needed to carry out the purposes outlined below. Our website can be visited without sharing any information about yourself or revealing any information about who you are. Personal data collected by us for the performance of a contract: your name, email address, telephone number, postal address. Should you require us to we will remove your personal information from our computer system (and any relevant third-party organisations, e.g. Hubspot and mailchimp) at your request. Please contact sarahwenman@soverysarah.com with your request to activate this removal.

If any of the information we hold on you is inaccurate or out of date, please contact us at sarahwenman@soverysarah.com and we will ensure to correct and update this for you.

Safety and Access to your personal data

We take every precaution to protect the personal data we collect from you from unauthorised access, use, disclosure or destruction. Your personal data is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential.

We aim to prevent malicious attacks by using firewalls and ant-virus software.

We encrypt all information that you submit using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol.

If we become aware of a personal data breach which is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you without undue delay regarding it and communicate with you the nature and consequences of the data breach and measures we have taken or propose to take to address the data breach. SVS will not share any of the personal data provided to us by our clients, except to relevant authorised data processors (where necessary to the enquiry process) and mailing service providers working under our direct control (currently Hubspot).Mailchimp?

Your personal data will be forwarded to mailing service providers MailChimp and Hubspot – our CRM system. When you have confirmed an enquiry with us, we will send you a form so you may permit us to send you relevant information related to your enquiry and other information regarding our services, offers and news updates from us.

Our site may contain links to other web sites not controlled by SVS Event Concierge. The information you provide us does not transfer to those web sites. We do not assume responsibility for the privacy practices or the content of those sites.

Period for which your personal data will be stored

We will retain your personal information in our database for the period necessary to fulfil the purpose for which you provided the data, unless a longer retention period is required by law. This database is only accessible by authorised SVS personnel.

Your email address (and other relevant personal information you submit) will remain within MailChimp’s database for as long as we continue to use their services for email marketing – or until you specifically request removal from the list.

While your email address remains within the Mail Chimp database, you will receive periodic newsletter-style emails from us. You will have the opportunity to unsubscribe by return email.

If it is necessary for us to retain your personal data for longer, in order to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations we will retain your data in such a way as to maintain its integrity, safety, security and confidentiality.
